The Process of Dormitory Payment

2010-2011 Academic Year Dormitory Fee Payment Schedule

Advance Payment*

The payment will be made to the account opened for the name of the student in the contracted bank (Total: TL 4.950)

Installment

The installments will be paid in the dates given below by making an agreement with the bank:

During Registration (Down Payment) : TL 990
Installments (8 Equal Installments)      : TL 495 x 8
Total                                                      : TL 4.950

The payment conditions for the international students coming from other countries are as follows:

1st Term Hostel Fee              2.475 TL ( will be deposited at the registration)

2nd Term Hostel Fee            2.475 TL

Total                                           4.950 TL

Included in the dormitory fee are the accommodation, breakfast, dinner, and shuttle services for the dormitories off the campus.

Note: There will be no refund for the students who leave during the last 15 days of the academic year and the last 15 days of summer school.

For the Scholarship Receiving Students who are ranked

The students who achieve to study in a program with scholarship and are listed in first one thousand students in Y-ÖSS Quantiative-2, Y-ÖSS Equally Weighted-2 and Y-ÖSS Verbal-2 can benefit from university dorms without any charges; the ones who are listed in first three thousand in the same types of scores can benefit from university dorms with a discount of 50%.

The students who achieve to study in a program with scholarship and are listed in first two hundreds in Y-ÖSS Language score can benefit from university dorms without any charges.

Dormitory scolarship continues unless the students get disciplinary actions in terms of Fatih University Dormitory Regulations.

Operations Related to the Bank

Dormitory pre-registration applications can be done after the completition of the bank operations. The contract related to the Dormitory fees, is to be done by all the branches of the related bank. Bank contracts of the students whose Dormitory pre-registration applications are resulted as positive become active.

The students whose applications are resulted negative or the ones do not come to enroll are to go to Accounting Office for the cancellation of their payment plans (The money taken as deposit is paid back to student's bank account. No payback in cash is done).

* There is no discount for the advance payments.
